American television personality Ben Higgins is no more a Bachelor. The 32-year-old exchanged the wedding vows with longtime girlfriend Jessica Clarke in a romantic ceremony at The Estate in Cherokee Dock in Tennessee.
The couple first met in 2018 and announced their relationship via Instagram in February 2019. Since then, the lovely couple has often made appearances in one another's social media accounts. Here we will talk about everything about their relationship and wedding.
Ben Higgins and Jessica Clarke Got Married In A Romantic Wedding Ceremony
The 32-year-old reality star exchanged the wedding vows with his long-time girlfriend Jessica Clarke on 13th November 2021. The marriage ceremony took place at The Estate in Cherokee Dock in Nashville, Tennessee.
In an interview with People, Ben told: "I know we will have a beautiful marriage", he also added, "Jessica and I want this to be a celebration."
As per the reports, the wedding was a 'traditional ceremony' that included scripture readings, personalized vows, and "Winnie-the-Pooh" quotes.
Likewise, the reception was held at lakeside in Tennesse where guests enjoyed the lake view enjoying their individually packed sliders and pizzas accompanied by the Taylor Pace Orchestra.
For the dessert, the guest dined on a four-tier cake complete with a personalized cake topper of the couple. The nuptials was attended by Bachelor stars Nick Viall, Becca Kufrin, Thomas Jacobs, Ashley Iaconnetti, Jared Haibon, and others.
The newlyweds ended their fairytale wedding by sailing off in a boat decked out in twinkle lights flaunting their "just married" sign.
The couple are reportedly off to St. Barths for their honeymoon at the moment.
When Did The Couple Begin Dating?
The Bachelor star first met his current-wife Jessica via Instagram in late 2018. The couple secrectly began dating shortly after that and made their relationship public in February 2019 via Instagram.
In the post, Higgins wrote: "I’ve been selfishly keeping this girl to myself for too long! Hey friends meet @jessclarke_!. I successfully slid into her Dm’s a few months ago. I took a risk and I am glad I did. She is someone special, and I look forward to where life is going to take us. Stay tuned for the journey.”
The entreprnuer proposed to the love of his life in March 2020 and even quarantined together at his family's home amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to dating Clarke, he was engaged to Lauren Bushnell whom he met and proposed to during 20th season of The Bachelor. The pair called-off their engagement in May 2017.
As of 2021, Lauren is married to country music singer Chris Lane since 2019. The lovely couple welcomed a baby boy named Dutton Walker Lane in June this year.
