It was only earlier this month that Maroon 5’s front man Adam Levine took it to Instagram to announce his wife Behati Prinsloo’s pregnancy. He posted a picture of Behati with a visible baby bump, sunbathing in a red bikini adorning a cap in the support of Los Angeles Lakers basketball team.
The caption read;
“My two favorite laker fans. ????????????????”
After a month of the pregnancy news, the sex of the baby has finally been revealed!
*dramatic drum rolls*
Adam and Behati are expecting a baby girl!!!
According to E! News’ sources, the couple is planning for Behati’s baby shower. The 26-year-old supermodel, who’s due on September 20, has registered at Bel Bambini, a prominent baby story in West Hollywood.
Prinsloo posted a picture on Instagram earlier last week rocking a pair of maternity jeans with the caption saying,
“Yup took the plunge. First pair of maternity jeans and it feels so good,”
The mother-to-be leggy model later deleted the picture only to be replaced by another picture flaunting her baby bump.
An eyewitness for US Weekly says the Angels browsed the furniture department, but notably bypassed the boys’ clothing section. “This is a whole new world!” Prinsloo remarked to Aldridge, 30. Fellow supermodel and mom Lily Aldridge joined her for her first shopping trip and has also been advising the to-be-parents on how to be prepared for their first child.
Adam Levine has often admitted his fondness for kids in more occasion than one.
"Like 17. Is that reasonable?" he jokingly said to E! News when asked how many children he wants to have. "I love kids so much, though. I love seeing kids on the set, too." We've all witnessed how happy he looked on The Ellen Show with his new baby girlfriend.
The parents-to-be are preparing really well for their family upgrade. The couple has put their New York apartment on the market and is looking for a more spacious and cozy family home in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

A US Weekly’s source reports,
“They spent the most time at a home that is listed for $19.9 million on a street overlooking the ocean. It’s definitely a family-friendly area with kids riding their bikes and walking to the farmers market.”
