Casper actress took to Instagram and posted a photo of her ultrasound announcing her second pregnancy. The news quickly spread all over the internet and messages like congratulations and good wishes started flooding her comment section.

Mermaid's star first met James Heerdegen on the set of the 2012 series Pan Am. They began dating and announced their engagement in February 2013.
The couple got married on 26th October 2013 in Manhattan and share a son named Frederick Heerdegen.

As per reports, Ricci was granted full custody of their son in April 2021. According to various sources, the divorce was finalized in June officially making her a single mother.
