Irredeemable, our new superhero!
Yeah, that’s right! That’s our very new superhero! Now the 20th Century Fox isn’t just limited to X-Men and Deadpool, it has moved into a new dimension with an entirely new superhero universe. And the man behind this superhero movie will be none other than Adam McKay. It may be safe to call McKay a connoisseur when it comes to superhero movies as the director has been in that boat before directing The Boys and Marvel’s Ant-Man.

Apart from this McKay is also working on the 2018 sequel of Ant-Man; Ant-Man and The Wasp.

The superhero turned supervillain's allies a team of hero’s allies, a team of heroes called The Paradigm, are the only ones that can stop him all while on the run from his god-like rage. As the team tries to uncover his secrets and find a way to stop him, they must figure out what drove him to the edge and team up with their former enemies to stop their friend. What happens to the world when its savior betrays it?

The comic book will be adapted for the screen by Tommy Wirkola. McKay and Wirkola are bothe rumored to be a huge fan of the comic book. Boom! Studio's Ross Richie and Stephen Christy are producing with Gary Sanchez’s McKay and Kevin Messick. Adam Yoelin is co-producer for BOOM!

The comic book also has a companion series, Incorruptible which was also created and ran concurrently with Irredeemable. This series tells the story of one of The Plutonian’s enemies who turned good in the wake of his evil.

Hmm... sounds like Irredeemable has quite an interesting twist to it, unlike any other superhero movies we’ve ever seen before. Well, all we can say for now is we can’t wait for Irredeemable to hit the silver screen real soon.
