Actress Gigi Edgley and her world champion unicyclist husband, Jamey Mossengren, tied the knot in 2012. Having met each other in their early 20s, the pair are still together after more than fifteen years. They are blessed with a happy married life and successful career. But unfortunately the couple hasn’t had any kids. Both the husband and wife were so busy in their career that they didn’t really give it a thought.
But now, it seems that the Australian actress and recording artist has finally decided to change their childfree status. Yes people, the Farscape star and her world champion unicyclist husband are going to have a baby!!
A source close to the actress and the unicyclist has reported that the Rescue: Special Ops star has been planning it from a quite a long time. Edgley, aged 37 is quite eager to become a mother for the first time. “They have literally planned everything. They have even built a beautiful nursery in the house. They have been prematurely shopping for a baby that is yet to be conceived,” said the source laughing.
The source further added: “Though Gigi is not pregnant, the couple is making preparation as if she is already on her third trimester.
“Jamey is the one who is getting all excited for the big day. He just wants to make sure that everything’s ready and all set before they plan for the baby. Diapers, socks, shoes, crib, clothes and warm caps are all there and the only thing missing there is the baby,” the insider laughed even harder.
The informant also revealed that Edgley might take some time off from the lime light and TV shows after the baby is conceived and her husband wants her rest as soon she gets pregnant. “Jamey wants her to stop working from the first week of her pregnancy. He wants to be extra cautious about the mother and the child, and he wants her to take leave from her work whole nine months,” explained the gossip monger.
So if the rumors are indeed true, then looks like we won’t be seeing the beautiful and elegant Edgley for a year or so. However, the couple hasn’t said anything about their intention of having kids soon. Neither of the couple has spoken publicly about planning a pregnancy, neither on social media sites nor in interviews.
If the news is indeed true, we wish the couple all the best for their future child and we hope nursery does not just go to waste.
