Actor Matthew Wolfenden expanding his family, heavily tattooed star expecting second child with girlfriend Charley Webb

Emmerdale stars Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden gave their fans a very good piece of news via Twitter. The couple announced that they were expecting their second child together.

The duo posted a cute family picture of them on Twitter last month. Webb, who plays the role of Debbie Dingle on the ITV soap Emmerdale alongside her partner Wolfenden, seemed very much overwhelmed in the picture she posted. Her co-star boyfriend who portrays the role of David Metcalfe is seen holding up a sign which reads ‘Baby number #2’ with an arrow pointing towards her belly.

Their adorable son Buster aged 5 is standing behind a sign saying ‘only child expiring December 2015’.with an expression of shock on his face.

The actress wrote: “Here we go again #babynumber2 (sic),” alongside the black and white snap of the lovely family.

The 35 year old heavily tattooed actor openly admitted his desire for a little girl. He said that he was 'desperate for a little girl' and he was not ashamed to confess that he wanted to have 'tonnes of children'.

The proud dad of a son thanked his fans for all the love and wishes showered on them.

He tweeted, ‘Wow.... Overwhelmed by all the congrats tweets!! Thank you so much we are sooooooo excited!! @MissCharleyWebb xxxxx (sic).’

Wolf and Webb started dating in 2008 and got engaged in 2009. It was Matthew who first proposed to the hot actress on Christmas Day.

But unfortunately, they separated after five years of being with each other. Wolf was accused of cheating on her after the birth of their son who was three then.

The news surfaced as their representative announced their spilt to the media saying: 'Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden have confirmed that they have separated. They will remain friends and are focusing on their little boy.'

But thankfully the pair reconciled and started living together in late 2014. They have been raising their cute little son together ever since and they have been happily sharing their family snaps on Instagram and Twitter.

Now that The-King-of-the-Ice and his girlfriend are expecting, their relationship seems stronger than before.

The father-to-be is all set to say goodbye to the long running show Emmerdale after almost nine years. Talking to This Morning, the 35 year old actor said: 'It feels like I’ve been there two minutes.

'I got a three month contract to start with and ten years later… I’m leaving!

'It’s a goodbye for now, but there’s possibility that David will be back. He has his Dad and daughter in the village.. so yeah, I don’t want to give too much away, but I will be back…!'

Looking at this, we can be certain that his departure won’t be permanent and we still have a chance of seeing him as David Metcalfe in near future. And we hope that the beloved couple would soon get married.
