Actor Andre Braugher recalls his younger days and opens up about falling in love with his wife Ami Brabson

Actor Andre Braugher recalls his juvenile days of falling head over heels in love with his beloved wife Ami Brabson.

Andre Braugher, the comedian from the golden globe winning NBC show, Brooklyn nine nine got married to his beautiful wife Ami Brabson in 1991 and now they have three children.

Ami Brabson is also an acclaimed actress who later played Pembleton’s wife Mary in Homicide. The couple has been living together happily as of now. Actually, they dated for some years before tying a knot. 

Now, at the age of 53, the actor loves to remember the younger days of falling in love with Ami. They were just at the starting phase of their acting career when Andre was enamored by the prepossessing beauty of Ami.

Grief, panic, loneliness, jealousy, need, elation, guilt — they're perfectly acceptable in a TV drama, whereas they're not in real life."

Andre Braughter is an acclaimed American actor (both, movies and tv shows) best known for his roles as Detective Frank Pembleton on Homicide, Life on the street (from 1993 to 1998) and again in the 2000 made-for-TV film, Owen Thoreau Jr. on the TNT show Men of a Certain Age and his Emmy-winning performance as Captain Raymond Holt on the Golden Globe Winning series Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
